We're looking for someone who can blend creativity with technical expertise to deliver stunning web designs for our diverse client base.

As a Web Designer at Blazr, you'll work alongside our creative and development teams to craft visually compelling and user-friendly websites that drive results for our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various industries, from startups to established brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, understanding of current web design trends, and the ability to create responsive designs that provide exceptional user experiences across all devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning and user-friendly website designs using modern design principles and tools
• Develop responsive layouts that work seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and translate it into effective web designs
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides for client projects
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets quality standards
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• Stay current with design trends and best practices in web design
• Present design concepts and mockups to clients and team members

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related creative field
• 3+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript understanding
• Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, investment management, or wealth management
• Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) investment principles and analysis
• Proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, or similar financial data platforms
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for financial analysis
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies
